Although it's surely EEk, it is very close to how a baby recognises a human face. Eyes are the most important so a baby would find them extremely large. Other parts are not so important.
Well, does this manga girl look somewhat a classical Roswell-type "space alien"? Now I feel very much convinced that alien abduction cases are related to birth trauma. (Think that a classical Adamsky UFO with several round objects at the bottom looks quite much like the operation theatre lights!)
