Better late than never...
In twenty days, my blog is going to be exactly one year old.
I have just this minute fitted in a hit counter.
Looks pathetic doesn't it?

another one to share some joy...reading about weeping on saying goodbye to pupils...today I called one of our fourth years a big fat lezzer. Liberalism be damned!!
AHA! On such a subject, I think I had best keep quiet. (2 years, 3 half terms, 1 week and 2 days) (SSHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Shining Love Liar more like - grrrrrrrrrrrrr
To say you've had 94 visits, after just a 3-line message - it's not really TOO pathetic. Can you imagine the count if you had started 11 months earlier? I wonder how many more it will be by the time the waiting world has your NEXT intriguing chapter!!
Hit counters are cool and all the cool kids have 'em. :)
Seriously you're going to be amazed at the traffic going through here!
you should choose a funkier format of hit counter. maybe that'll help matters
No - you don't have to change. We can do it on our own pc's. I've just tried it. Hi there Liz! Hello there Chris, and hello to all Chris's readers!!!
hello multitudes of fans...I'm afraid you'll have to wait a little while for the next instalment of the "Frantic Undergoings of a Brit in the Land of the Rising Sun" (as the title of this blog loosely translates)...it's sunday night, I'm hungover & about to watch a Marx Brothers film...watch this space...oink.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - after all this time I discover that my own son is a Marx Brothers fan? Well done Chris!! Which film is it?
I wouldn`t describe myself as a fan exactly...that was my first foray...the film in question was Day at the Races (the last word being particularly resonant for one of the closing sequences). Very much a product of its time.
